The 2025 1st KET Exam will be held as follows.
1. Overview
The 『2025 1st KET Exam』 evaluates and certifies Korean language proficiency. This exam is a pilot run and participation is free of charge.
2. Schedule
- Registration period: Sep 15, 2025 (Mon) 12:00 AM – Sep 26, 2025 (Fri) 11:00 PM
- Exam period: Sep 27, 2025 (Fri) 12:00 AM – Oct 3, 2025 (Thu) 11:59 PM
- Results announcement: Scheduled for October 10, 2025
- Score report & certificate: Available for download immediately after results
3. Eligibility
Anyone wishing to have their Korean language proficiency assessed may apply.
4. Exam Format
- Exam type: Choose from KET-1, KET-2, or KET-3
- Format: Online, remote proctored
- Assessment area: Comprehensive writing ability

- This is a pilot exam and participation is free.
